Why Monthly Pricing?
Your monthly investment isn't just paying for a website. It's paying for everything that keeps your business visible, competitive, and growing after launch. SEO is ongoing work; rankings shift, competitors adjust, Google updates its algorithm, and your business evolves. I stay on top of all of it so you don't have to. And if we work together for years and your site needs a refresh, that's part of the partnership too.
Not sure which plan is right for you? Foundation builds your online presence. Growth compounds it. If long-term visibility and consistent leads are the goal, Growth is where that happens.
Before You Decide
Questions I get asked before someone signs on
I don't believe in building a beautiful website and walking away. Every client I work with gets a strategy where design and SEO work together from day one, because one without the other only gets you halfway there.
01
Is there a contract?
Yes. All plans begin with a 12-month agreement. I ask for this commitment because the work I do, especially SEO, takes time to compound, and a 12-month window gives us enough runway to build something that actually lasts. After the first year, your plan moves to a simple month-to-month arrangement with 30 days written notice to cancel.
02
What if I need to cancel before the 12 months are up?
If you need to exit early, you'll be responsible for the remaining months on your agreement. I'm upfront about this because I want you to go into it with clear expectations. The 12-month commitment protects both of us, it gives your SEO strategy the time it needs, and it gives me the stability to invest fully in your business from day one.
03
Will I own my website?
Yes, always. Your website is yours. If we ever part ways, I'll provide you with everything you need, your hosting credentials, all relevant account access, and you'll have 30 days to migrate or update billing before anything goes offline. No holding your site hostage, no surprises.
04
How long does it take to get my website live?
Typically 4 to 6 weeks from the time we kick off. The honest caveat: the timeline depends largely on how quickly you can get me what I need: images, copy, branding materials, questionnaire responses. Clients who come prepared and respond promptly tend to launch on the faster end. I'll guide you through exactly what's needed from the start so there are no surprises.
05
What does the process look like once I sign on?
Here's what the first 30 days typically look like: if you have an existing website, we start by migrating it to my hosting environment so nothing is lost. You'll complete a detailed questionnaire and provide your images and any existing branding if you have it.
From there I develop a homepage draft for your review, once that's approved, I build out the remaining pages. You review the full site before anything goes live. The process is collaborative, and you're never left wondering where things stand.
06
Do you work with businesses outside Tennessee?
Yes. While most of my clients are based in Tennessee and I have deep roots in the local market here, I work with businesses in other states as well. What matters more than location is whether you're a service-based local business that's serious about growing your online presence.
07
Is Candor Web Solutions a good fit for every business?
Not necessarily, and I'd rather be honest about that upfront. I'm not a good fit for e-commerce businesses, as I specialize in service-based local businesses. I'm also probably not the right fit if you're looking for a quick, cheap solution with no ongoing strategy behind it.
The businesses I work best with are established, serious about growth, and ready to treat their online presence as a long-term investment rather than a one-time expense.
Still not sure which plan is right for you?
That's okay. Tell me a little about your business and where you're at with your online presence, and I'll point you in the right direction, no pressure, no sales pitch.
