Web design and SEO for aquatic service businesses that want to own their market
Aquatic weed removal. Pond dredging. Lake cleaning. Algae control. These aren't services most web designers understand. I do.

Where it started
It's personal, not just professional
My background in the aquatic weed removal industry didn't start with a client; it started at home. My mom and dad have run an aquatic weed removal and pond dredging business in Tennessee for years, serving private property owners, HOAs, golf courses, municipalities, and industrial facilities.
When I built their website, I discovered something that applies to every aquatic services business I have worked with since: this is a niche industry with a highly specific customer, a complex and often misunderstood service offering, and very little quality competition online. The businesses that invest in a real website and a real SEO strategy tend to win their market decisively.
That first project led to many more clients in the same industry. I have now built websites and managed SEO for businesses in aquatic services across multiple states. I understand the terminology, the services, the customer questions, and the competitive landscape in a way that a generalist web designer simply doesn't.
Amanda is a pleasure to work with. She went above and beyond to answer all our questions and provided quality service and a quality product!

Why it matters
You should not have to explain what you do to the person building your website
Most web designers and SEO agencies have never heard of aquatic weed removal, pond dredging, or mechanical algae control. You end up spending half your time educating them on your business before they can even start on your website. The copy comes back generic. The keywords are wrong. The site structure does not reflect how your customers actually search.
When you work with me, that problem doesn't exist. I already know what lake weed removal is. I know the difference between mechanical removal and chemical treatment. I know that your customers are often HOA managers, golf course superintendents, lakefront property owners, and municipalities. That depth of knowledge shows up in the copy, the structure, the keywords, and the content strategy.

Switching over to Candor Web Solutions was painless, and paid off tenfold. We have consistently been ranking higher on Google, we are getting leads, and best of all I don't have to waste my time trying to learn how to make it all happen.

When I first started working with Amanda, I already had a website with Squarespace, but I thought it was pointless because I never got any leads from it, and no one ever visited the site. She designed a great-looking site that is getting me more leads than I had hoped for in the first year.

FAQs
Questions I get asked before someone signs on
I don't believe in building a beautiful website and walking away. Every client I work with gets a strategy where design and SEO work together from day one, because one without the other only gets you halfway there.
01
Is there a contract?
Yes. All plans begin with a 12-month agreement. I ask for this commitment because the work I do, especially SEO, takes time to compound, and a 12-month window gives us enough runway to build something that actually lasts. After the first year, your plan moves to a simple month-to-month arrangement with 30 days written notice to cancel.
02
Will you work with my competitors?
I am so happy you asked! This is something I feel very strongly about. I do not take on competing businesses that serve the same geographic market. If you are unsure whether there would be a conflict, reach out and I will give you an honest answer before we go any further.
03
My services are hard to explain. Can you handle the copy?
Yes. I am very familiar with this industry and have written copy for multiple aquatic service businesses. I know what aquatic weed removal, pond dredging, algae control, and debris removal actually mean. I can write copy that is accurate, specific, and written the way your customers actually think and search, without you having to walk me through the basics.
04
My service area covers multiple states. Can you handle that?
Yes. Several of my aquatic services clients operate across state lines. I build location and service area page strategies that capture searches across your full footprint, not just your home city.
05
How long does it take to see results?
Every aquatic services client I have worked with has reached page one for their primary keywords within 90 days. In a niche industry with relatively low online competition, the results tend to come faster than in broader markets. That said, SEO compounds over time, and the businesses that commit to it consistently are the ones that end up owning their market online.
06
Do you work with businesses outside Tennessee?
Yes. While most of my clients are based in Tennessee and I have deep roots in the local market here, I work with businesses in other states as well. What matters more than location is whether you're a service-based local business that's serious about growing your online presence.
Ready to stop being the best-kept secret in your area?
You've built something worth finding. I'd love to help make sure people can find it.
